The Lansdowne-Yeadon Elm Street Program plans to implement these Image & Identity objectives:

Communication
- Distribute monthly press releases and maintain record of coverage
- Develop and maintain a website
- Develop and maintain an events calendar
- Produce welcome packets for new residents
- Produce brochures for the Elm Street Program and related programs
Community Image
- Host social events such as block parties
- Host holiday events and house tours
- Deliver seasonal newsletters to residents
- Conduct local awards programs
- Partner with the Borough of Lansdowne to improve the appearance of its Borough Yard
- Partner with property owners to improve screening between industrial and residential areas
Marketing
- Install signage and distribute promotional items such as flags
- Market properties for sale
- Promote arts and entertainment activities
- Coordinate events with the Lansdowne Main Street Program
- Partner with the Boroughs of Lansdowne and Yeadon to promote the Multi-Unit Conversion Program
